1. Core standards
Treat people honestly and with respect. Do not threaten, harass, bully, stalk, exploit, impersonate, discriminate against, or expose another person’s private information. Do not encourage self-harm, violence, illegal conduct, or targeted abuse. Content or conduct that creates a material safety risk is not allowed.
2. Objectionable and unlawful content
Do not post or stream pornography, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, graphic violence intended to shock, hateful conduct, terrorist praise or recruitment, credible threats, scams, malware, or content that violates intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights. Bid Swipe may use automated and human review to filter, limit, or remove objectionable material.
3. Marketplace integrity
Listings and live demonstrations must truthfully describe the item, condition, authenticity, quantity, price, shipping, and material limitations. Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items are not allowed. Sellers and buyers may not engage in shill bidding, bid manipulation, coordinated price inflation, fraudulent chargebacks, review manipulation, off-platform payment evasion, or identity misrepresentation.
4. Report, block, and protect yourself
- Report: Use the report control available on the relevant profile, listing, message, or live-show interface. Include the category and enough context for review without resending harmful material unnecessarily.
- Block: Use the block control from a user profile or chat menu. Blocking prevents continued direct chat and limits further interaction as implemented in the Services.
- Support: Email info@bidswipe.com if an in-app report cannot be submitted. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, payment details, or identity documents.
5. How Bid Swipe responds
Bid Swipe may review relevant content and account activity, preserve evidence, contact users, remove material, restrict reach, disable chat or live features, cancel transactions, suspend or terminate accounts, or refer a matter to service providers or authorities. We aim to respond to reports in a timely manner based on severity, evidence, and risk. Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent removal.
Bid Swipe supports user-generated content only with safeguards that include filtering, reporting, blocking, published contact information, and enforcement. Those safeguards must remain functional across iOS, Android, and web releases.
6. Emergencies and illegal material
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If you encounter suspected child sexual abuse material, do not download, share, or redistribute it; report it through the in-app tool and to the appropriate national reporting organization or law-enforcement authority.
